b) Patience
This is a profession that requires much waiting for the courts, courts, and other actors in the legal system. If you do not want to fall into despair you must exercise your patience to learn to wait for hours, weeks and even months before a resolution comes out.
a) Patience
Patience is a virtue. The most important quality that a teacher should have is patience. A great teacher is very patient with their students and their parents to deal with the same questions and problems over and over again. You never give up on your students and would try out new ways to help them succeed in school.
c) Creativity
As lawyers , one would need to be creative to find real solutions to the issues our clients face. Each matter is unique; each client must be handled differently, and each solution carefully crafted. Lawyers must learn to think outside the box. The best way to create unique solutions is to approach each situation with compassionate listening, which enables you to really understand the issues and what the client and the adversary need
b) Compassion
Compassion is caring for the misfortunes of others, so for the teacher this means they have to be able to understand why some pupils do the things they do. Whether it is behaviour issues, or they are struggling with their work, you must be able to accommodate for this and be flexible enough to work round them and find a way to teach them which will help
c) Fairness
Fairness for a teacher means treating the pupils equally. If you fail to do this, it could lead to suspicions of favouritism which may land you in trouble. Pupils have a right to be treated equally and you must respect that as a teacher.
