An individual right is one that is granted by nature of being a human and most are considered inalienable. This includes the right to life, right to property, right to a family life, right to safety, right to freedom of expression (including of speech, of religion, of organisation, and freedom from censorship), habeas corpus, right to a free and fair trial etc.
