Assess work/personal calendar "seasons" and estimate mileage for each month (low/highs)
Q1 Mileage: 48 miles out of 50 goal! Pretty great considering I only really dug into my miles in March!
Q2 Mileage: 64 miles so far of 60 goal! SURPASSED! 🎉
April Mileage Goal: 30 miles;
May: 40 miles,
June: 50 miles

1/6/24 update: I have worked through 2 targets with Daisy's support, my capacity to self regulate has increased and my connection with myself is stronger than it's ever been. I feel calmer, more joyful, and steadier. I am more comfortably slowing down as well. 💗✨🤗
