        I have been feeling this way for a few days now but last night it got really bad. I just don't feel like being here anymore.

        Different from what I have ever felt before I was feeling very nervous and I couldn't get my self to relax. I tried to go to bed but all of a sudden I felt this tightness in my chest and I couldn't breath.
