An example of a SMART objective I have had
Before the 28th April, I can come up with a prototype and test it out on a few people using connections I already have. I will get this done by deciding on a business idea by Thursday 2nd March 2023, and then develop the idea, which will then allow me to create a flow chart and start executing the idea.
Change
Change = (dissatisfaction x vision x first steps) > resistance
What is my attitude towards being entrepreneurial
Being entrepreneurial seems cool, but the risk scares me and it seems like a lot of work. Not many people in my life have been entrepreneurial
What is my norm?
Being entrepreneurial is not that normal for me, many people in my life have advanced within a company, instead of starting their own - very old fashioned views of working
Am I in control of my actions?
There are a lot of other factors that come into play when I make decisions, including asking people for permission and ensuring that my actions have positive repercussions. I am usually told what to do or given guidelines to work within
Do you perceive yourself to have 'behavioural control'?
No because there are many factors that come into play when I am making a decision
Understanding the market
Value propsition
What do your customers want vs what your customers need
what benefit the goods or services offer to the customers
