Anger- Many victims want revenge
Powerless- If a victim isn't aware of who the cyber bully is they may feel powerless and insecure
Isolation- Victims may be prone to getting excluded from groups and can feel isolated
Humiliation- information could be possibly posted online and it can be found embarrassing and exposing to the victim
Posture
Nerve pain, headaches and arthritis
Neck and spine being moved out of alignment
Strain to muscle and ligaments of spine and neck

Mental health impacts of cyber bullying
Low self-esteem- Cyber bullies often look for things which will make the person feel vulnerable
Employment/academic issues- The victim could find it extremely hard to concentrate on work/studies.
Anxiety and depression- Whilst trying to sort cyber bullying the victim can become severely stressed leading to their self confidence being destroyed
Social Media
There is a link between social media and negative health.
It has social pressure to share content and comparing each others lifestyles.

Stomach and gastro issues- Stress and anxiety can likely lead to ulcers, abdominal pain, sickness and diarrhoea
Sleeping disorders- Nightmares, insomnia or sleeping too much all resulting in lethargy.
Eating disorders- Eating habits can possibly change e.g. skipping meals or binge eating.
Behavioural impacts of cyber bullying
Use of drugs- It is usually as an attempt to loose themselves and to receive some mental relief
Carrying weapons- They may feel unsafe and may carry a weapon to protect themselves

Gambling- Its more accessible to people and is available anywhere including on your phone.
Gaming
The inability to stop playing online games for a long time can effect health

Report misuse to relevant authorities
