Cooking

This is a hobby I picked
up after deciding I wanted
to lose weight. I started fasting
and then looked up my favorite
dishes online and found the
healthiest versions of the recipes
and took it from there.

I've been a fan of reading
since I can remember. It helps
me relax and it gets me into a
better headspace mentally. My
favorite genre is fiction because
I love reading unique stories.

After I lost sixty pounds during my journey,
I wasn't satisfied with my progression moving forward.
I instantly fell in love with the gym
and enjoy testing myself. I've always been
naturally strong and getting to push my limits
and see how much I can do has been incredibly satisfying.

Organization is something I take seriously even
in my personal life. This trait has allowed me to become
an effective manager and leader within the workplace. I believe
that organizing is the key to success. It helps keep your goals in place and accomplishing them.

Competition

Learning

Competition when healthy, is one of the best things
you can have while at work. As long as you keep it
professional. It benefits the employer because the
employees are giving their best effort and it will
produce positive results.

We never stop learning, that's why it's important
to humble yourself and realize that you don't know
everything! This is why I believe it's valuable to have
a mentor who can help teach you and lead you in the
right direction. Never be afraid to ask questions and
educate yourself, as knowledge is wealth.

Key Personality Traits

Traits

Conscientious

I believe in a strong sense of duty and being morally obligated to do the right thing no matter what. This is for both my personal and professional life.

Relaxed

Despite being so young, I've been through a lot that many wouldn't be able to handle mentally. I consider this to be a strength as not much can phase me. I can remain calm and optimistic in every kind of situation because I truly believe that much worse could happen at any time.

Introverted

Naturally, I'm a quiet and reserved person. However, that doesn't mean I can't talk in front of people or won't contribute to a conversation I find to be interesting.

Behaviors

Ambitious

I'm determined to succeed no matter what. I do whatever is necessary to get where I need to be. I will sacrifice time with family, going out and socializing, and much more in order to achieve a goal. This is how I was able to achieve a 4.0 GPA while working full time.

Kind

I was raised to be a kind and respectful individual. To treat those how they would treat me. This is especially true for those over me such as people who have a position of authority or the elderly.

Perfectionist

I don't like to do anything I don't find up to par. I truly believe that
committing a mistake is a failure. This is why I look to look over everything I submit (especially in higher education). I go back and try to see if there is anything I can edit to make it look better and more professional.

Self-Criticism

I can be very stubborn. This is why I mentioned that learning is very important and I'm trying to practice that. I'll be so set on something that I believe I'm right and nobody else is. I have to be open and listen to what other people may suggest.

I believe that you can be nice while being judgmental. I'm nice to everyone and remain professional. However, I can be judging you on the inside especially if I find you to be a slacker at work or heard what other people may have said about you.

Because I am a perfectionist, I tend to judge and be critical
of myself. I'm never content with the quality of my work and strive
to do better, even if my work was perfect. I need to learn how to
accept what I'm capable of and be proud of the effort I put forward.
