SRPF Training Methods
Agility: Ladder and cone drills (3 sets, 30 secs), box jumps, lateral bounds.
Balance: Single-leg stands, planks, Russian twists.
Coordination: Juggling, dribbling, dance, martial arts.
Power: Power cleans, snatches, medicine ball throws, depth jumps.
Reaction Time: Partner drop ball, reflex drills, sport-specific practice.
Speed: Short sprints (20-50m), parachute and hill sprints.
