Bureaucratic leadership is a management style that follows a hierarchical structure. It promotes efficient systems due to clearly spelled-out expectations, roles, and responsibilities.

A visionary leader ensures the vision becomes reality by stating clear goals and outlining a strategic plan for achieving those goals. The leader inspires everybody to look at the long-term vision.

Pacesetting is a style of leadership when a leader leads from the front, constantly sets high standards for their team and expects them to exceed with minimal management.
