Resp Unions: have rational apch, not political, ultimately, business should survive & thrive
Attitudes: constructive attitude, TU should be recognised as reps of labour concerns
Welfare: reasonable wages & good working condns
Grev Proc: effective proc should be in place, Emplr must act swiftly, employee should feel he is being heard
