The ideology followed by Hitler and pro Nazis was feeling that they were superior and that only they deserved to live in Germany.
He also believed that the Aryan race was superior than all others.

Hitler enforced laws that targeted Jewish people turning them into outcasts. In his first 6 years of rule, he enforced 400 laws that targeted Jews.
Article 4 and Article 5 are examples of the laws made to target Jews.

Sentences that Hitler imposed included Death penalties, Imprisonment, Fines and Hard labour and many more.
Surveillance
The surveillance under Germany ruled by hitler was there were army's , officers everywhere , Hitler suspended all rights to emails , phone and every technology .
Jews were made to wear stars or badges from which they could be easily identified and then they were followed and surveyed 24/7 by police officers and law enforcement so that they can all be gathered in a torture gas chamber for genocide.

Hitler was an antisemitic leader who felt superior as he was of the Aryan race, moreover the Germans blamed Jews for the loss of WW1. This all in all validated Hitler's commitment of genocide.
He cleverly made people believe that he was doing the right thing and made them accustomed to Jewish oppression.
