Transfer of Teaching Staff
Functions of the Regional Educational Boards (Article 4)
Present lists of candidates to the regional education director for selection.
Organize the process of recruitment and transfer of teaching, management, and supervisory staff.
Prepare the list of selected applicants for vacant positions
The Executive Body is responsible for appointing or transferring the selected personnel
Selection Process (Article 8)
Requirements to participate in the competition
Selection is carried out among teachers applying within the school region
For the position of regional director, the Regional Education Board presents a list of 3 to 5 candidates selected through competition
10 years of teaching experience
University degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree
Principles of Teacher Transfer
Ensures fair and transparent procedures
Promotes opportunities for professional development for teachers
School Educational Community
Members
President of the Parents' Association
Representative of the teaching staff
School Principa
Representative of local civic organization
Student representative (from the last two years)
Each representative will have a substitute
Consultative and participatory body in each school at the primary and secondary levels of education
Functions
Develop and implement the School Educational Project (PEC)
Serve as a liaison with the Regional Educational Community
Support participation and community outreach in education
Advise the school administration
Ensure educational quality and compliance with national educational objectives
Implement incentive and professional training programs for teachers and students
Develop internal regulations and the school budget
Promote collaboration among different stakeholders in the school community
Regional Educational Community
Consultative and support body for the Regional Education Directorate
Functions
Develop programs to improve students' education and health
Support School Educational Communities in their projects
Advise the Regional Education Directorate on educational matters
Design and implement the Regional Educational Project
Propose improvements and innovations in regional education
Approve its internal regulations before the Ministry of Education
Comply with the provisions of the Executive Body
Formation of the Shortlist and Selection of Personnel
