Conclusion
To a limited extent England's government was fundamentally transformed in the years 1509-1547 as although there was a political revolution inside parliament through the increased legislation and increased legitimacy in roe of M.P's. In the long term parliament was still there to be used for henry and was limited in it's power. This accompanies by the fact that there was a constitutional revolution due to the fact that England expanded it's borders through the act of union which also shows how there was a political revolution. But Henry still remains at the head of the constitution.
