Remove stuffy language. Discriminate between necessary technical terms and the chaff that often goes along with it.
It competes for attention and entangles with technical language. We already talked about how to get rid of it.
Translate.
Identify any terms your reader might not understand—translate them. This can be tricky for technical writers so an easy way to use AI is to do this with 3 terms we found in your doc.

Don't fight between technical content and plain language and you can solve this partly by deciding where to put it.
