What I learned from this was, So, from what I’ve learned about Buddhism through concepts like Nibbana, Taṇha, Magga, and Dukkha, it’s basically about understanding suffering and how to break free from it. Dukkha is the struggle—life is consistent suffering. Tahna is the craving that keeps us stuck in this cycle, always wanting more and never being satisfied. But then there’s Magga, the path that shows the way out, kind of like a guidebook for peace and clarity. And at the end of it all is Nibbana, the ultimate freedom—where you let go of all the attachments and suffering fades away. It’s not just about meditating or following rules; it’s about seeing things as they really are and finding a way to be truly at peace.
