        I had to practice music but my fingers.... I recall a quote from a famous musician Yehudi Menuhin about the importance of practicing with a metronome, playing slowly. So, I followed his advice.

        Progress is trusting small deliberate steps, not forcing, not rushing.
      - How did I feel?
        
        I felt frantic at the beginning and desperate because I could not practice the way I wanted. But then I put a lot of trust into gradual progress, felt more releived.
      - What choice did I make?
        
        I chose a slow deliberate practice.
      - Why does this moment stick in my memory?
        
        It was a turning point. Playing viloin is a passion of mine. The post-srugery recovery was energy-draining , and din't want to happen in the future. I started embracing small steps and trust that it will lead to desired results.
