Ideas and themes
Natural hazards
You live in the perspective of a first responder and are tasked with rescuing survivors of natural hazards the game will feature natural disasters in different areas of the world.
Traffic stops
You are an ambulance driver and must get to a hospital within a time limit however there is one obstacle: a sea of cars you must choose to take a route in order to get there in time.
Alarms
Within one night you keep slipping in and out of the same dream you must make sure you keep an alarm turned off to continue the dream if not the character gets sleep paralysis and dies.
Public transport
You work as a bus driver when tragedy strikes as the bus is constantly breaking down you must keep fixing the bus before it explodes.

Art style
2d
A common art style this would be very similar to old Mario games which includes a 2d pixel art style this is most commonly used in side scrollers and platformers I like the idea of this as I would like to improve my pixel art skills.
3d
.
3d is the most up to date and popular video game type this allows the character to roam around a 3d world this can look incredible however I find that on my own a 2d game would be much better as its more simple and I need to practise 3d a lot more.
2.5d
Like paper Mario it would include 2d characters in a 3d world I don't think I will go with this path since it would be too complicated for me to do in roughly 6 weeks whereas 2d is a lot more simple and I can put lots of time in correcting it.

Colours
I think I am going to go with some darker colours along with a couple brighter ones the darker colours represent how depressing the disruption events really are and the bright colours represent hope for the people to recover from he disruption.
Target audience
The client is Innoloop however the main target audience is college students this is 16 - 18 year olds so my game can be quite graphic if it needs to be as I can have pegi 16 at the minimum.
