Most of the times students have no friends, don't get along with other students, or just too shy to interact with others. I want to create a fun and inclusive classroom where no one feels left out. To help students connect, I will assign groups of four, making sure they work with classmates they don’t usually sit or talk with. I will have a fair grading system that reflects both individual contributions and group efforts, ensuring that every student is recognized for their work. My goal is to build a friendly, supportive space where everyone can do their best.
