The Legal Rep. will present the plans of the Preliminary Project for review by the
Regional Directorate of the corresponding Ministry of Education
Interested parties must request from MEDUCA a physical or digital copy of the “RULES OF
DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION FOR EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS
INDIVIDUALS”, at the corresponding Regional office or at the DINIA headquarters.

After the reviews and corrections, the Letter of Approval will be obtained, where the
MEDUCA Engineering and Architecture Directorate approves the preliminary project plans.
Inspection
Final Inspection Request Letter.
Occupancy sketch
Copy of Educational Offer
Copy of letter signed and sealed by the corresponding Address
Copy of Certification by the Safety Office of the Benemérito Fire Department. Where it indicates that the land and/or building are in a non-risk area.
Copy of Land Use Certification, issued by the corresponding entity
(MIVIOT)
Copy of Certificate from the corresponding Municipality or Community Board
Current/probable Registration Record for the current year.
Certification of Academic Offer Endorsement.

Final digital construction plans approved by all professionals
and corresponding entities.
MEDUCA architecture and approved by Municipal offices and entities corresponding
Digital Preliminary Project Plans with VB of the Engineering Registry Directorate and
