After the interview, check In with the candidate to see how the felt it went
For subsequent Interviews, check In the the candidate before and after. For technical and cultural Interviews, prep the candidate with any info you have.
For final processes, revisit money conversation from first call, and see If the expectations are still aligning. Offer to help in negotiation.
