Building Trust
Why is it important? Speed of trust
Explain: What helps to build trust with each attribute (intro tip sheet)
Discuss with a partner - a time when you felt trusted when collaborating with someone else, or when you felt trust was broken. What contributed to you feeling that way?

Decision making?
Make sure everyone is heard, and recognizing that not everyone is heard. Based on research, teams that make well-balanced decisions, are most effective.
Empty chair group activity. based on who is at the table. which attribute is more/less represented.
What attribute would we assign to the empty chanr? how would we bring that in to our team's collaboration.
SELF-REFLECTION- based on what you have observed of your team, what attribute do you feel might be less represented? and how could you help your team think more whole brain?
