Head of the Hong Kong SAR & SAR Government

Approves government spending and tax plans
Monitors and questions the government's actions
Reviews and agrees on government budgets
Talks about public policies and problems
Passes, changes, or cancels laws
Ensures the Executive Branch is kept in check
