      - We've found difficulty as a team to complete assignments with directions that lack clarity, but have effectively communicated to overcome this.
      - Assignment instructions have been unclear, particularly pertaining to the creation of visuals for the IPE competencies.

        Frequent communication helps reduce conflict and misunderstanding which helps to ensure everyone is in agreement prior to project completion.
        
        Open discussions have helped the team develop trust and respect for one another which has allowed the team to navigate modules better each week.
        
        We utilize a group chat to communicate throughout the week, discuss ideas for the upcoming project, and to best address what is asked of us.

      - Working on projects as a group goes much smoother when each individual's hard work is acknowledged and valued by the other team members.
