GA : A Thai boy, crying with tears, irritable
HEENT : no pale conjunction, anicteric sclera, non exudate conjunctivitis with perilirrball both eyes Spartry, injected pharynx and tonsil, not seen exudative, cracked lips with red lips, not seen Strawberry touge, cervical, preauricular, postauricular, supraclavicular LN can’t be palpated
Chest&lungs : no retraction, clear, equal breath sound both lung, no adventitious sound
Heart : pulse full 2+, regular rate and rhythm, normal S1, S2, no murmur, no active Precardium
Abdomen : no distension&surgical scar, normoactive bowel sound, soft, not tender, liver&spleen can’t be palpated
Extremities : no deformily, no petechiae, no ecchymosis, seen MP rash erythematous rash at trunk and extremities&face, with itchy, no swelling, CRT < 2 secords, no BCGitis
Neuro : Irritable, equal movement, pupil 2 min react to light both eyes
