10 - Powers reserved for the states
6 - Right to a public, speedy, and fair trial
Notes
Congressional Committee: group of members of congress that conduct hearings and discussions on certain issues.
Double Jeopardy: Cannot be tried for the same crime twice
Eminent Domain: Government power that allows them to take property for public use, but must provide compensation
Concession: Giving up something in a negotiation to come to an agreement
