Reframing
People have said to me that what I listen to for music is weird. I just like to think that I'm open and accepting to more genres.
People have said to me that I'm weird or strange. I like to think that I have an easier time showing how I really am.
People have said to me that some of the things I make or wear are weird or ugly. I like to think that I am just more comfortable expressing myself.
Realistic goal
My goal is to start doing more things outdoors. I can find activities that require to be outdoors. I could start to do basic activities outside like reading, being on my phone, or drawing. I could go on daily walks or bike rides to clear my mind and to make myself calmer. I could spend time at my aunt and uncle's lake house and go on their jet skis or use their other things. I'll start doing this when it starts to get warmer out. I'll know I achieved it when I get tanner and or also have a natural habit of going outside.
Smile Projection
My friends make me laugh and I love to joke with them:3
My pets make me laugh, especially my cat.
I make myself laugh. I think I'm hilarious bro.
Positive Reinforcement
I like drawing, listening to music, going on walks/bike rides, going on my uncles jet skis, fishing, talking to my friends, hanging out with my cats, watching movies, and learning new songs on my bass.
Downward Comparisons
My downward comparison is my favorite cousin Jake. He had really bad depression and he was a drinker. He was struggling for a really long time and I'm not sure if he ever had gotten help for it. And something happened with someone that he was really close to and they had done something really bad to him. It pushed him over the edge and he committed suicide. He was only in his 20's so he didn't get to experience a lot of his life.
