ever since micheal got a job at the factory things have been different for him
The factory is a place that is ran in the underworld. This is where colours are made and ready to be used for the souls torment and for the earths existance.
When Jhon was working there, he was exposed to all of the chemicals becuase he would often be working in the pipes. Despite this terrible job, Dasmin and him were like farther and son. Jhon was even given a very special liquid if the chemicals were to affect him.
Jhon had to sacrifice the white chemical in order to save the factory
One day, Jhon accidentally touched the colour orange that was ozzing from the top of the vertical pipe. This colour slowly started warping his identity
sometimes Jhon was very symathetic and introspective, he made friends with everyone he met really quickly.
sometimes Jhon was randomly lieing on the floor and seemed to be enjoying himself.
Other times Jhon was very energetic, he not only did his jobs in record time but completed many other peoples jobs volintarily.
This was great but Jhon also started getting too much attention, he was no longer a functioning part of the system
when the hive mind noticed him, a employee who was muc hte opposite of jhon (very loyal, obediant, strict) took a picture of Jhon and put him in the filter chamber. This filter chamber is meant to send in colours and force them to go back out with the help of a clock and some mirrors.

no one in society really liked him or noticed him, this left him feeling lonely and invisible. Farmer Beck would give him foods on the occasion but Farmer Beck wouldnt talk to him, its like he couldnt
