Role & Responsibilities
: Each week, we self-assigned roles & responsibilities. We switched roles every week. Each role had clear responsibilities that were outlined In the first few weeks of the semester.

: Our hard work and dedication to the assigned modules each week allowed us to excel every week and gain points on the assignment.

: All communication in our group chat and google docs was very collaborative and supportive. We openly communicated our ideas and gave thoughtful responses.

Team and Teamwork:
Demonstrated many characteristics of a "good" team such as communication, flexibility, clear vision and culture to create well rounded, holistic work

Work and responsibilities were redistributed to help other team members when needed

Consistent communication via group message and google docs. Ideas were shared openly, roles were decided, and goals were determined

Our group used a group chat and Google Docs to share our ideas and collaborate. This helped with decision making and kept communication open. By staying connected, we ensured everyone had a voice and contributed to our care plans effectively.
