I am going to design and make a website, which will help my client market her products through an online shop, upload crochet and gardening content to share tips and tricks with other enthusiasts and allow her to connect with her customers through comments and several more aspects. The solution will be part of her digital marketing strategy, enabling her customers to view all her handmade creations in one place and directly place orders on the website, as well as send in custom orders and requests. This will help my client organise all the orders she receives. Furthermore, the website will promote her already existing Instagram page to help it gain more followers, and customers will be able to access video tutorials, and gain inspiration from her garden and crochet content. The website will be made accessible to all, and be visually appealing, easy to navigate and have in-build features that will enhance customer experience and engagement, increasing my client's online visibility and enabling her to share her passions with the global market.
