You can't see well in rows and columns
if you are in the back you can't see the board in front
a head in front of your vision
Difficult to collaborate with peers
have to twist around to see people
might bump Into peers
will cause people to not wanna work together
Builds hatred towards peers because so close together
The seats are too crowded together
bad for claustrophobia
individuals may get angry
you can touch the person next to you
gets too hot
chairs are all over the place
Students move chairs around to find a more comfortable spot - creating a mess
No Organization within the classrooms
Empty space in the middle of the classroom for no reason. All the seats shrink backwards.
difficult to focus during exams
conflict arises
can hear neighbor's breathing
encourages cheating
too close to the person next to you
Conflict arises when so close together in the classroom
discourages students from working with their peers
can't push desks together
no space to take material out and collaborate
valued personal space is gone
people get frustrated/feel claustrophobic
get anxious
people get in each other's personal space
no space for personal belongings
suffocated in this tight+hard+uncomfortable environment
