The site must have an interactive map that users can see and search for crash reports based on reports
User should be able to search through the crash reports based on a query. This should show search results on a map.
Developer Issues
Presenting a large amount of data in a minimalist way is a challenge. This can be overcome by developing a method to "Cycle" data through the main page.
Adding new data is an issue. This can be overcome by including a database that allows for sorted data to be added to the data rotation.

An algorithm will be created for the retrieval of the data. This is to prevent the website from needing to contain the information inside of the site.

The website must be engaging an appealing to all peoples. This requires a familiar design that appeals to all people and accessibility that can be operated by anyone.

This will be a government funded web solution. This means that the website must be cost effective and remain cheap to be affordable on taxpayers.
