Aspect 4.1: Teacher as Planner
The teacher acts as a planner to ensure thorough readiness and preparation in implementing Learning and Facilitation (PdPc)
4.1.1 Teacher Plans PdPc Implementation Professionally and Systematically
This involves preparing lesson plans (RPH), determining assessment methods, providing educational resources, and specifying the classroom/space as a learning environment, based on student abilities, time allocation, and current directives
Aspect 4.2: Teacher as Controller
The teacher acts as a controller of PdPc implementation to ensure the smooth flow of the learning process according to plan
4.2.1 Teacher Controls the Learning Process in a Planned Manner
Managing lesson content and time allocation, providing opportunities for active student participation in line with learning objectives, according to student abilities, and continuously during PdP
4.2.2 Teacher Manages the Learning Environment Professionally and in a Planned Manner
Supervising student communication and behavior, arranging student seating, and creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment appropriately, comprehensively, and continuously
Aspect 4.3: Teacher as Guide
The teacher acts as a guide to enable students to master knowledge and skills, and to practice values based on lesson objectives
4.3.1 Teacher Guides Students Professionally and in a Planned Manner
Providing guidance in mastering lesson content and skills, guiding students in making decisions and solving problems, using educational resources, and integrating lesson content with other skills/subjects as needed and according to students' abilities correctly, accurately, prudently, and diligently
Aspect 4.4: Teacher as Motivator
The teacher acts as a motivator to increase student motivation in learning
4.4.1 Teacher Motivates Students' Minds to Carry Out Learning Activities in a Planned Manner
Stimulating students to communicate and collaborate, posing questions that lead to critical and creative thinking, making decisions or solving problems, creating opportunities for students to lead and ask questions related to lesson content, and acquire knowledge and skills independently based on lesson objectives, according to students' abilities, and continuously
4.4.2 Teacher Encourages Students' Emotions to Carry Out Learning Activities in a Planned Manner
Giving praise, encouragement, appreciation, and confidence, and being attentive to students' needs prudently, comprehensively, and continuously
Aspect 4.6: Student as Active Learner
Students act as active learners to master knowledge and skills and practice positive values
4.6.1 Students Engage Effectively in the Learning Process
Responding, communicating, and carrying out activities collaboratively, thinking critically and creatively, asking questions, solving problems, and relating lesson content to life based on lesson objectives actively, confidently, and prudently.
Aspect 4.5: Teacher as Assessor
The teacher acts as an assessor to detect the level of student mastery
4.5.1 Teacher Implements Assessments Systematically and in a Planned Manner
Using various assessment methods, conducting remediation and enrichment activities, reflecting, and reviewing student work based on lesson objectives, in accordance with current assessment implementation regulations, comprehensively and continuously.
