The process is at the core of trading performance but what i think it doesn't focus on enough or what it doesn't get people to think about is who I want to be while i'm doing the doing because we know that the quality of the execution of the process is going to be a reflection not just of the task what needs to be done but also who you're being while you're doing that you know am i being calm composed am i being patient am i being you know daring adventurous you know the being states that i bring the attitudes qualities and strengths are going to impact now to what that's going to impact the results
