Ideally we should be able to make a tablet be able to view a 1/1 scale of the drawing and by doing that we will be able to do exact placements in a field and therefore facilitate site build by matching it to the map referenced against RTK
we can use the 2d drone mapping to do a geo location against drawn maps and to correct the autocad maps to a geo located (RTK map)
We can have the mapping process automatically position cameras to use the event intellegiance system and calculate the targets for data that will be extrapolated
mapping directly onto 2d drone maps will enhance acuracy and with layer showing gradient allow for a more informed mapping process to assist in crowd management and safety
crowd flow being automatically calculated is a super simple idea and the calculation for this are already well established in the crowd safety world -

Automatic costing as you map - this is a fairly straight forward idea where by the mapping software counts the amount of trackway,fence,scaffold etc.. and references it against a spreadsheet of costs that each propoter can put in based on their own deals.
In theory the AI should be able to aslo calculate the amount of security needed as well as bar staff, etc... Whilst the personell bit may not be 100% acurate it would definitely be a guide and we can allow the client to tweak it based on their own staffing level preferences.
