- Proposals for ISS flight studies must include only experiments to be flown on the ISS, with exception of any ground-based experiments needed to serve as controls or that directly support the ISS flight experiments.
- ISS flight studies shall not include experiments that require the use of parabolic, suborbital, or ballon platforms.
