- - - - Students need guidance on networking, job hunting, resume building, and professional communication to prepare for the workforce. Because this will affect the future of the student. If they know what job to take, student can prepare they self from now on.
      - For networking its important because it will open new opportunities for everybody. And we don't know who will help us in the future, so we need to gain a lot friend. With know a lot of people we also can learn a lot. Networking also can make us easier to get a job.
    - - In the current curriculum, they 'forced' students to memorize facts and formula without the slightest understanding about their application and relevance to real-worlds problem. While basic math skills are undeniably essential, the higher level of math that are thought in middle school and high school is not mandatory enough because those who entering the fields that don't need the higher level of math wouldn't use it in any way. The problem is sometimes the subject that have been thought on school is so specifics thus become rarely used in real life
- - - - In this activities, we will open the workshop for students. Students will learn about everything they should know about communication, networking, critical thinking, career readiness, and personal branding.
      - Group Project.
        
        In the end of the workshop we will give a task to test and make sure that the students are understand all the materials that already told by the tutor
- - - - Provide the technologies needed like a good computer, good projector, and high-speed internet to support student research.
      - Train teacher to facilitate problem-solving sessions rathere than just delivering the content. Teacher also should be trained for fun and interactive learning
      - Provide resources on modern teaching methods like flipped classrooms and inquiry-based learning.
      - Invite Industry Professional, Psychologists, Leadership coaches, and Influencer to train teacher and student for a better quality of studying.
