Vagal Breath. Deep inhale. Move breath toward rear of torso using intra-abdominal muscles to feel an internal tingle. Hold this, exhale & repeat.
Tension Breath. Take a full inhale. Hold. Bring FULL tension to all muscles. Hold for as long as you can. When ready, release with a loud audible sign.
