how was the week ?
The week was stressful . daddy came home on tuesday I had to clean the house I was very stressed and overwhelmed
yesterday saturday that i had a good day where i did my taks in full
what was the earliest time i went to bed ?
The earliest time i went to bed was 3:45am but I was so exhausted and I got to bed immeditaly so that was a huge win - Goal met
why ?
again watching flem and tiktol at night . which is very entaining but not helpful to watch
how were my habits ?

the habits were good this week not the productive ones but the mindful ones
