In some countries, there has been an increase in the number of parents who are choosing to educate their children themselves at home instead of sending them to school. Do the advantages of home education outweigh the disadvantages?

Parents who teach their children don't concern about issues like pandemics or high crime rates.

Another reason why teaching children at home may not be a good choice is pupils' struggle to develop soft skills. Since they are taught at their homes by their parents there is a lack of interaction between peers which can reduce practices of communication, and teamwork which are essential in children's adult life.
While homeschooling has some advantages like flexibility personalisation and safety I think it has disadvantages that prevail its advantages. For instance the quality of homeschool education may not be the same as it in traditional schools. The reason for this is absense of specific equipment or laboratories in people's homes.
