TWC2 (transient workers count too) helps migrant workers who are strugglign and need medical assistance, or help with english, ensuring that they are beign treated in a fair way
samaritans of singapore (SOS)
pros: more resources, able to reach a greater community
cons: more obligations and liability, costly
importance of citizenship
separate the citizens from non citizens, ensuring the limtied resources are allocated fairly
without it, there would be societal confusion and strife
shared values
creates an emotional bond between the citizens, makes them more willing to go the extra mile and defend the country in times of need - war
the same beliefs and common practices leads to a sense of belonging to the country
sense of identity

nurture affection for citizens for other fellow citizens
acts as a platform for people to bbond with others and strengthens the sense of belonging to a country
allows citizens to work together for the social issues, working for the good of society
