everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible
measurment wise: reducing and ultimately eliminating disparities in healthand in the determinants that effect health
the ethical and human rights principle that motivate ppl to eliminate disparites in health and determinants of health
progress towards health equirt is measured through reductions in health disaprities
explaining the definition
in order to obtain HE. pply must be able to fully realize their human rights in all domains

making assesment rquires both a) imprtant measures of health and its determinants b) distribution of social advatage and disadvantage
