      - Culture: With the government and people having a stable life this improved the moral and culture of the community
      - Population density: Loss of people from the plague & war so this was the revival

        After the plague, so a lot less people. But the surviving people could choose wages, jobs, etc to grow there wealth
        
        Studies through mathmatical studies that were a lot more precise than just estimating. Advancement in studies.
