Began to fall ill around the time Althanar and I started investigating Highrune.
Was recovering around the time we found the grave (In the week before Winter Veil)
Was then murdered (between Winter Veil and New Year)

Handling the clerical work in relation to Althanar's case. Seems somewhat overworked.
Definitely feels like he's "proper" - feels like he follows procedure to the letter, refuses to be rushed, etcetera. Somewhat empathetic, but not at the expense of doing his job.
May well remember evidence and the like being handed in. May be irritated if paperwork has gone missing?

Sometimes (always?) on cell guard duty, guarding Althanar.
:warning: Suspect she wouldn't help him escape. Would put her on the wrong side of the law, lose her job, likely tried arrested and tried in the same thing. Too much risk for her.
SUSPECT she 'planted' the 'items not deemed evidence' for me to pick up from Althanar, as they pointed to the Dead Drop. Althanar wasn't arrested carrying anything.

Observed Behaviours: Slimy, sadistic, pauses at the wrong place in sentences, 'false magnanimity'.
Very brief interview.
Informed me that the papers Althanar gave me had not been given clearence. Asked if I was surprised about this.

Honestly said I was too focused on potential corruption to investigate than questioning if he'd filled in the paperwork.
Asked what Althanar's relationship was with Sae'thas Embersworn. Specifically asked if he showed dislike to Embersworn.
Turned off the recording crystals / monitoring crystals in the room for a 'private' conversation.
:warning: Told me the outcome was predetermined and there was nothing I could do to prevent it.
:warning:Honestly wondering if he's trying to intentionally get me to oppose him. No way that ever works to get people to not fight.
:warning: Told me Althanar would hang for his crimes. But if I testified that he hated his master, he could reduce it to life imprisonment. As a "kindness".
Said I felt that, given Althanar's age, a life behind bars would be cruelty, not kindness. Refused to testify against him.
Claimed Althanar had already received medical aid. See point on Althanar: if he had, he'd been beaten again since.
