transitions
wipe transition: A wipe transition is a transition technique used in post-production editing in which one shot replaces another by moving or “wiping” from one side of the frame to another. The wipe transition can be done from any direction and in various shapes.
Cross blur and fade transition: Blur the end of the clip while seamlessly moving into the next clip.
Black and White Fade: Fade through black and fade through white video transitions. There are two fade through transitions to choose from inside the transitions tab. The fade through black transition makes a clip gradually dissolve into a black background, while the fade-through white transition gradually dissolves into a white background.
glitch transition: I think using a glitch transition within the video will help make the video more interesting, visually engaging and overall more entertaining.
zoom in and out transition: I think using a zoom transition is a great idea. They're easy to implement, look great, and are fun to experiment with.

Pan: involves moving the camera horizontally from one side to another. I think this will be a helpful tool to use throughout the video.

images of heroes holding their trophy's, belts, certificates ect.

images of heroes during struggle (defeat or low points within there lives.). Representing how to come back from failure. I think this message is strong as it will resonate with middle aged people who may feel burned out and unmotivated.
potential images of news reports or symbols signifying low points in the athletes live. I think these images will be furthermore conveying the importance of resilience and determination and how its never to late to turn your life around.

Background music: background music is something ill put into use in the video as it is helpful as Background music can enhance my video by setting the mood, emphasizing key moments, or filling in gaps in audio. ill use it to create atmosphere, evoke emotions and maintain viewer engagement.
