how wellbeings interconnect for our systems well being
people are going to find it almost impossible to be able to effectively put their system to use if their system is being conditioned or ignored in the first place.
emotional health and commitment
without our emotional health being in balance, we feel we are unable to keep the responsiblity of keeping other systems alive and therefore, give up on our dreams, try to find shortcuts through life or end up avoiding mistakes.
When we are looking after ourselves and our emotional health, balancing ego pleasures, stresses and having all of those emotions figured out, we find we are more willing to branch out and not just do the bear minimum but much more.
When we are too invested in our emotional health, we find that we are too content and feel there is no reason to commit in the first place. Your letting the wool be pulled over your eyes, looking at the world through a window. You may be too relaxed and loose track of your priority leading to more mistakes than a healthy human being would, some being fatal.

when we have low mental health
(not including mental illnesses)
, we are unable to comprehend the world and systems around us. We may find it difficult to even want to take charge of our mindset, see things as they are and give in to dependancies, leaving us weak and vunerable.
when we have a healthy mental wellbeing, we are more confident and are able to take charge knowing full well what they are in this world, where they stand and how everything works and you have a good moral compass that keeps you almost, if not all the time balanced and are able to function like a health adult without stress being completely suffocating.
mental health and loved ones
When you mental health is out of balance, those around you will pick up on that through body language and behaviour. No matter how much you try to mask it, if you have a good support system between everyone, they will likely see that mask and will try to pull it off, accidental or not. This may sound good but then this can cause issues becuase you then have perspective contamination between all people and arguments which may dilute some one elses system leaving them to feel vunerable if the one being interogated or questioned was not ready.
When your mental health is balanced, if you are struggling to keep up with your emotional health, its likely that your loved ones will be able to inspire you or relive you, letting you take off the mask rather than it being forced. This then allowing you to have deep meaningful conversations which helps your emotional health in the long run.
while there is no such thing as mental health being too good, it is important to note that if two systems do not align in terms of mental health and they both stuggle to understand each other. It can cause them to over analyse eachother or have breakups.
if you want a happy and meaningful life, you need to manage your system effectively

try too keep up with clear and conducted formal English, allow yourself to stutter but remain fluid. Don't be afraid to think about your answer before speaking (do not um or uh)
if you are about to meet them
use standard formal English and be polite
make sure everything you say has clarity and remains fair
do not be afraid to ask questions regarding your job, it shows you have done the research and your taking responsibility by keeping both systems in check
in the meeting, try to make eye contact, especially when your talking in the interview as it can make you seem genuine and confident.
if its negative
be sincere and remain formal, they are simply trying to keep a system alive
take responsibility and leave the job to let someone replace you if you feel either system is being harmed and work towards your system ready for employment in a new company with the same system
think about the SMART targets and take initiative.
if you start feeling too overwhelmed, wait till they have finished speaking and then ask them if you could take a moment to release
