- - - - dispositional to out-group when it involves undesirable outcomes. Situational when involves desirable outcomes.
      - e.g., member of own ethnic group does something good, you attribute it to their inherent positive qualitites (disp). BUT if someone from another ethnic group does the same thing, you attribute it to the situation / external factors
- - - - e.g., list famous men and women. Men were more famous (salient) for some participants
  - - - e.g., learn a person is creative and likes to work alone; more likely to conclude they are an author vs a postal worker (higher #)
