Context: It Is January 12, 2025. I have begun a new job with Island Health as of Dec 13th, 2024. I am somewhat healed from my torn meniscus, but my body ails me. My feet and ankles are sore and weak, my jaw feels misaligned, I am having groin and abdominal pain, I feel tight, and weak.
Mckenna wants to "set some goals" I am not sure If she actually wants to set goals or just feels like were not on the same page. I have been a bit gloomy to be around and my lack of motivation has caused a bit of purgatory for our relationship. Our sex life Is on and offf but not great, I am not able to exercise as I once was, I am getting back to work so my physical motivation Is failing. So I guess I'm just wondering what she wants to lay out. She provided some work sheets to get through, but I feel like our brains work a little differently. Though I am sure It Is a good practical tool.
