3rd crusade
There are between 36,000 and 73,000 troops fought on the side of the Christian Crusaders.
It was an attempt led by King Philip II of France, King Richard I of England and Emperor Frederick Barbarossa

It was partially successful, recapturing the important cities of Acre and Jaffa.

This crusade led approximately 35,000 crusaders (20,000 Germans and 15,000 French).

Estimates for the number of knights range from 7,000 to 10,000; 35,000 to 50,000 foot soldiers; and including non-combatants a total of 60,000 to 100,000.
The First Crusade was led by Raymond of Saint-Gilles, Godrey of Bouillon, Hugh of Vermandois, Bohemond of Otranto, and Robert of Flanders
This crusade impacted Nicaea, Edessa, Antioch, and Jerusalem.

On November 27, Pope Urban II ordered the crusade because he hoped for the reunion of Christendom.
Started in 15th August, 1096, and ended in 1099.
