Sole Trader
One person owns and manages the business.

Limited Companies
Public Limited Company
Listed on the stock exchange (anyone can buy shares).

Limited Partnership
Only one partner is responsible for losses.
A safer type of partnership.
Franchising - Essential Outline
Who they are:
Franchisor: The company that gives permission to use its name and sell its products. (Il franchisor fornisce marchio, prodotti e aiuto.)
Franchisee: The person or business that buys the permission.(Il franchisee gestisce il negozio seguendo le regole.)
How it works:
