It is the process of buying or selling products or services via the internet and is divided into 4 main areas.
Four main areas are

B2B Companies sell to other companies, such as raw materials or equipment.
B2C Businesses sell directly to customers, such as food, books or tickets.

It allows people and businesses to make online transactionswithout the need for a physical store. Such as buying on Amazon, selling on eBay, or buying on shopping apps.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Digital transformation is the process of integrating digital technology into all aspects of an organization, with the goal of improving operations and meeting new customer needs.

DIGITAL DIVIDE
The digital divide refers to the difference in the use of technology and these groups are distinguished by income, age and gender.

Limited access to technology, as some people do not have adequate devices, especially in poor areas.
Many people do not know how to use technology well and this creates difficulties in accessing digital services.
Geographical differences, in some areas, especially in poorer countries, people have less access to technology, compared to those living in richer countries.
Exclusion from digital services, many people do not have access to technology and therefore cannot benefit from services such as online education, remote working or digital health services.
